Upper Blepharoplasty

Upper blepharoplasty is performed to improve the fullness one gets in the upper eyelids, to create a more defined skin crease, to turn the eyelashes outwards (which makes the eyelashes look longer), create an artistic balance between the curve of the upper eyelid and the brow, and, where appropriate, remove some of the fat from the upper eyelids. 

Lower Blepharoplasty

Lower blepharoplasty is performed to improve the fullness one gets in the lower eyelids, to create a less hollow groove below the lower eyelid, improve the darkness that often forms below the lower eyelid fullness, reform the angle of the outer corner of the eye, correct any laxity of the lower eyelid, and improve the wrinkles on the lower eyelids. 

Endoscopic Browlift

Endoscopic brow lifts are powerful operations, in that they allow us to change the curve, the height and the shape of the brow, which can open up the face beautifully. The aim is to also improve the forehead wrinkles, any skin changes on the forehead (dark spots, etc), improve the frown lines, weaken the frown muscles, whilst, at the same time leaving the forehead and the brows looking very natural.
