Photographs to be taken and sent when consulting for a facelift and neck lift and also for a Hammock liftFIRST SET OF PHOTOS IS OF YOUR FACE AND NECK AND UPPER CHEST AS SHOWN.If possible, please take these photographs in front of a dark blue screen/towel/wall. This allows an excellent contrast and we can discern specific details. The angles to be taken are shown below and you should take them with a camera or your iphone with light in the room but without using a flash. Of course, all photographs should be taken without any makeup on please. Second set of photographsThe second set of photographs should include as many photographs of yourself that you can find through your life. We like to see photographs from when you were two years old, five, six, twelve, eighteen, twenty-one, etc. The more the better as we can look at your underlying bone structure and soft tissue structure and assess what changes we need to work on. Sometimes, we will see a weakness, for example, in the chin since childhood and we then improve upon that. Photographs can include portrait photos, studio photographs, holiday snaps, wedding photos, etc, etc. Third set of photographsMost people will have selfies or spontaneous photographs taken which they don't like!! Before you destroy those photographs, please collect and send them to us. It allows us to see what the camera is seeing and it helps us improve these changes. An example is shown below where the patient sent us a photograph of her face and neck and pointed out to us what she did not like. This allowed us to design the appropriate facelift and neck lift for her and her "after" photograph can be seen next to her preoperative photograph. Again, the more you send, the better. where to send the photographs and request a zoom appointment or a physical appointmentIn Salt Lake City, send the photographs to:
